The Culinary Arts program in Toronto’s George Brown College offers some interesting classes related to Food and Media – from food styling and photography to writing to the history of modern cuisine. Completing 6 classes gets you a certificate in Food and Media. Classes look like they repeat quarterly, with the next openings for this fall. The Photography class is $437(Cdn); Food styling is a bit pricier at $1,600.
